IT SAUCE is the sauce that I could never find at the grocery store, but I always wanted to cook with. I found myself making a version of this spicy, sweet, smoky sauce with a touch of umami flavor because the dishes I was making were calling for it. Now it's bottled and ready for the whole world to enjoy!

IT SAUCE is made from Criolla Peppers!

Criolla Peppers are a rare, medium-heat pepper from the Andes Mountains. They are spicy, tangy and sweet with hints of mango and citrus.

The Criolla's are the perfect pepper to balance all of the flavors in IT SAUCE. IT SAUCE features notes of smoke, honey, and spice. IT is bold enough to add to hearty dishes and has the perfect balance so it can be used on the most delicate of foods.

We created IT SAUCE ROCOTO to be just as versatile as the OG; IT SAUCE Criolla-Honey. IT's a very bright, vinegar based sauce with balanced flavors of apple, honey, dijon, and warm cinnamon.
